5 ways to be more personable in your brand No. 4
Make your brand more personable No. 4
When you’re grateful for things, it makes your business more honest, personable, and down-to-earth.
You can show your gratitude is so many different ways. Especially when you’re finished working with a client. So much of my business (and I’m sure yours too) comes from word-of-mouth. I’m not saying be grateful so you can “get” more clients. But, when you treat your clients with respect and show gratitude towards them (which they deserve) for helping your business, chances are they will be more likely to recommend you and return to you for more support.
So, showing your gratitude and appreciation to others is HUGE.
There are many ways to show your gratitude and they don’t have to cost you money.
Here are some ideas:
-Buy them a cup of coffee
-Send a personal note (an actual written “thank you” card sent in the actual post)
-Share their content on social media (show them how much you’d like to help them too)
-Do a give-away for all your past clients
And you can do this with your social media followers too. Write a post to thank the people that follow you and comment on your photos and engage with you. Send voice messages to people who engage in your Facebook group. Show thanks to those who join your group. Tag people and call them out when you’re showing gratitude.
And, if you work with suppliers or a team a people… show them your gratitude too. Call them out on social media for all the hard work they do. Take them out to lunch. Send them balloons or chocolates, or just simply recognise them and thank them for being a part of your journey. It’s not always the clients that you need to show gratitude to – the people behind the scenes are equally as important to the success of your business.
The possibilities are truly endless here.
