5 Ways to be more personable in your brand

Make your brand more personable: 

So, when we think of our brand and are developing it, we’re often think about how we’re showing up… how we sound and look… the logo, the colours, the imagery, the graphics, the copy and more. But, equally important is how you’re making your audience feel.

What kind of connection are you making with your audience?

How does your audience feel about you and your business when you leave the room?

These are just as important as everything else you spend time creating for your brand.

Today I want to talk to you about a couple of things to get you jumpstarted in helping your business become more personable.

When your business is more personable, it stands out, makes people feel good, shows them you’re willing to go the extra mile and lets them know you’re trying to connect with them in a genuine way.

This is not a definitive list, but it’s something to get you going…

No. 1

Get on video. Let your audience see and hear the real you. Let them see your mannerisms and feel your vibe.

No. 2

Leave voice messages. I have had soooo many compliments from my clients, because it shows them you’re going above just texting or emailing. No one does it, so it helps you stand out too!

No. 3

Use photos of you  – you don’t have to go over the top, but seeing your pictures helps them connect your business to you and shows them you’re not afraid to stand by your offerings.

No. 4

Show your gratitude.. whether it’s a note or a voice message or flowers or a cup of coffee. Say thanks to those who chose to work with you.

No. 5

Remember the little things – remembering that your client has a holiday coming up or a past client who had a death in the family, or remembering it’s someone’s birthday, etc…
